Plateau de Fromage「きぼう」
yuki.hayakawaフランスチーズ鑑評騎士の会30周年を記念し、Plateau de Fromageを作成しました。テーマは「きぼう」。Covid-19 Pandemicの収束を祈り、明るい未来へ希望の調べが響き渡るプラトーを表現しました。プラトーの背景に映るのは、曽祖母が母に贈ったYAMAHAのアップライトピアノu3bです。木目調と黒のツートンカラーの外装は、チェコ出身の建築家で日本の建築に多大な影響を与えたアントニン・レーモンド氏によるデザインです。毎日、父がピアノの練習に励んでいます。YAMAHA u3bの音色を聴きながら、希望への想いを込めて、チーズを丁寧にカットし盛り付けました。 In commemoration of the 30th anniversary of theConfrériedu Taste Fromage de France au Japon, I have created a Plateau de Fromage.The theme is "HOPE".I prayed for the cessation of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and expressed a plateau that echoes with the tune of hope for a bright future.In the background of the plateau is a YAMAHA u3b upright piano that my great-grandmother gave to my mother. The two-tone wood grain and black exterior was designed by Antonin Raymond, a Czech architect who had a great influence on Japanese architecture.
