On Saturday, the LINGO Cooking Club students gathered early in the morning to make Belgium Waffles for brunch. Belgium waffles are so easy to make. All you need is a good recipe and a waffle iron. First we measured the dry ingredients into one bowl, the wet ingredients into another bowl, combined them and poured them onto the waffle iron. So easy, but there are a few important techniques to make them perfect.
Here is the finished product with an assortment of fresh seasonal fruit.
