鳴子峡に行ってきましたよ！
We went to Naruko Gorge recently.
The peak of the fall colors had already passed, but it was still very beautiful.
紅葉のピークは過ぎていましたが、
それでも
とてもきれいでした。
雨が降っていました。
太陽がなかなか出てきませんでした。
期待していたお天気とは
全く違っていましたが、
それでも
とても美しかったです。
It rained much of the day and the sun never really came out.
Needless to say,
this was not the weather we expected or hoped for,
but...
it was still very beautiful.
Whenever I am outdoors enjoying God's creation
I think of the Old Testament Psalms.
神様が創造してくださった自然を見ると
詩篇に書かれている言葉を思い出します。
私の魂は、ただ神の中に安らぎを得る。
私の救いは神から来る。
神だけが、
私の岩、
私の救い、
私のとりで。
私は揺ぐことがない。
私の魂は、ただ神の中に安らぎを得る。
私の望みは神から来る。
My soul finds rest in God alone.
My salvation comes from Him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation.
He is my fortress,
I will never be shaken.
Find rest, O my soul, in God alone.
My hope comes from Him.
神だけが 私の岩、私の救い、私のとりで。

心の中にあるものをすべて神に申し上げなさい。
